Contract Analyzer

Understand the financial implications before signing.

A contract is a commercial decision that finance translates into revenue, costs, assets, and liabilities. This skill helps read its clauses under IFRS and connect them to accounting consequences and questions to resolve with commercial and legal teams.

BUILT FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK

Connected analysis for informed decisions.

For finance teams reviewing contracts alongside commercial teams, legal teams, and auditors.

CLAUDE + CONTRACT ANALYZER

Before the accounting entry, there is a contract to understand

A commercial deal may seem straightforward, but an acceptance clause, cancellation right, or service obligation can change its accounting implications. When finance joins only after signing, it explains what happened. Earlier involvement allows the implications to be understood before terms are agreed.

I built Contract Analyzer to connect contract review with the accounting question under IFRS. It starts from your party’s perspective, examines rights and obligations, and links conclusions to specific clauses and questions for commercial or legal colleagues.

Attach the contract and specify the question: revenue timing, the nature of an obligation, or a particular clause. Request an executive summary or clause-by-clause analysis. The intended result is a better discussion before signing and clearer accounting afterwards.
