IFRS Expert

Accounting treatment is part of the decision.

Before signing a transaction or approving a treatment, finance needs to understand its effect on earnings, financial position, and disclosures. This skill helps structure IFRS analysis, test the arguments, and prepare a clear technical position for discussion and approval.

BUILT FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK

Connected analysis for informed decisions.

For accountants, financial reporting teams, controllers, and audit teams.

CLAUDE + IFRS EXPERT

From knowing the standard to forming an accounting position

A real accounting question rarely begins with a standard’s name. It starts with a new contract, an unusual transaction, or a disagreement with the auditor. Knowing the rule is not enough: we need to understand the facts and assumptions that determine its application.

I built IFRS Expert to structure that process in Claude: define the question, identify material missing facts, distinguish requirements from interpretation, and assess the arguments before reaching a conclusion that can be discussed. Its value lies in the method, not in producing a longer answer.

Start with a case from your work, the alternatives being considered, and the decision needed. Request an internal discussion summary or a technical memo presenting the facts, proposed treatment, and rationale. The skill helps prepare your professional position for discussion with the team or auditor.
